Forfar Education Expands into Spain with Acquisition of The English International College, Marbella

Forfar Education has officially acquired The English International College (EIC) in Marbella, marking its first school in Spain and a strategic expansion into Southern Europe.

EIC joins Forfar Education’s growing portfolio of 15 independent schools and nurseries across the UK, Portugal, Andorra, and now Spain. This acquisition follows recent additions including Escola Internacional de Torres Vedras in Portugal (August 2025) and the British College of Andorra (June 2025).
